Catastrophic customer service without any competence

I have a situation that I need to share with you. I saw a property with an agency (based in Basingstoke) and we booked an appointment to see another one. The first time we saw the property, the lady wasn't competent and didn't have any knowledge about the property. Furthermore, no one called us back or asked for any feedback about the property. The second time, we booked an appointment to view the property on the same day it was added to the market. The agency cancelled our appointment through voicemail and requested us to call back to book another appointment. I called back within 5 minutes, but the guy who answered didn't have any knowledge of the available appointment and promised to call back with a new appointment. The next morning, we received a text message with the new appointment, but within few minutes, somebody called and said the property had been sold. I feel that this is not fair play. We did not have any chance to look at the property or give any offer. I feel that this company has a catastrophic customer service without any competence.
