I received an email suggesting I should fix. When I clicked on the link it just took me to my account. There I could not find any details of the proposed tariffs. After several goes over several days I found the tariffs but I could see no way to accept. I decided to phone. As part of my security I wad asked for the amount of my direct debit. As I pay the amount outstanding at month end I do not have a regular figure. At last I ffound a human. He told me that under your new system you cannot fix online and also that the fix offer is for customers using both your gas and electricity. None of this is on your website, which is a nightmare to use. I was within an ace of switching from SoEnergy not to you. I have just tried to scroll this message up to check my spelling etc but thst seems to be impossible. Do you not ever use your own system to check they work? The title below has just appeared and I cannot get rid of it. Ithas 27 characters but is rejected because at least 4 are required!
