Terrible Service

Purchased an international unlimited data plan Wednesday evening. Plan worked well through Thursday. Come Friday I am unable to access the internet, make calls, or send text. After contacting customer service I was advised my account eSIM had been blocked and I am unable to use any of the features that come with having a SIM card. The reasoning, a SIM detective determined my account’s information maybe fraudulent. All of my information was correct, and this would be a non-issue if I could resolve this over the phone. I was told that I would need to send an email to them back office with my credit card info and my reasoning as to the email, and I wouldn’t receive a response for until Mon/Tues. I asked for a refund, as by that time I wouldn’t need the service anymore. The customer service rep informed me that because there was already data usage I could not receive a refund. That’s understandable, but an option for a prorated refund was also not an option. So not only would i not have service for a weekend but any option to receive any of my money back was off the table. Long winded story to say I feel cheated out of money.
