Disappointing New Year’s Eve Experience at Rixos Radamis Sharm El Sheikh
Dear Management, I am writing to express my disappointment with the service and organization during our stay at Rixos Radamis Sharm El Sheikh for the New Year’s Eve celebrations. We specifically chose your hotel to celebrate New Year’s Eve, enticed by the promise of a grand concert and festive program. However, what was meant to be a joyful and memorable evening turned into a source of frustration and disappointment. Despite staying for seven days leading up to the New Year, at no point were we informed that prior registration was required to attend the concert and celebration. We were not notified during check-in, nor were there any clear announcements or reminders about this requirement throughout our stay. On the evening of December 31st, we arrived at the event only to be turned away and told that there were no available seats. When we tried to explain that this was one of the primary reasons for booking our stay, the staff showed no flexibility or effort to resolve the situation. We felt ignored and unvalued as guests. This lack of communication and poor organization is unacceptable, especially for a hotel of your reputed standard. New Year’s Eve is a significant occasion, and many guests, like us, specifically choose your property for such events. The lack of transparency and the inability to accommodate us tarnished not only our evening but also the entire experience of staying at your hotel. We hope you take this feedback seriously to ensure better communication and guest management in the future. We feel let down and would appreciate an explanation or resolution regarding this matter.
