Battery and general
I needed a battery replacement done on a VW Golf. I got quoted $459 which I was totally ok with. Upon my mechanics arriving the quoting system made an error. Total cost will be $710 instead. This was much more than my quote and I wasn’t comfortable going ahead with the service. My mechanic was amazing he explained everything and why the individual battery was so expensive however I still didn’t want to go ahead. Didn’t have to pay a call out fee, they were really understanding and sympathetic too. I will definitely use them again for something down the track
