Fast internet, but a couple of issues
Although the new router seems to be working ok and the internet download speed is close to the promised 900Mbps, there have been a couple of issues with the installation and switchover to Squirrel. The first issue was when uSwitch failed to contact Freedom Fibre about the change in service, delaying installation by 9 days. The installation took over a day because of some complication but was not communicated directly to me as I was at work. Finally, my upload speed is around a third of the download speed, so it seems the complications with the new line were not fully resolved. I appreciate that Squirrel may not be directly responsible for these problems, but hopefully they can use this information to support smoother customer service in future.
