You need a physical card - dodgy place
You need a physical card, although paid they wanted £100 none returnable deposit to stay. I had to cancel meetings it was a disaster customer service abysmal, manager awfully rude. Hospital id, explained situation offered cash and to pay by touch card. Still charged for stay. Be very careful! No ability to correspond with head office.
