It’s a shame I had to give one star
It’s a shame I had to give one star, zero would be more fitting! This company arranged to collect a car for scrap booked a date and they text us the day before collection to assure us of the day and time slot, booked the time off work and then surprise they didn’t turn up. Not only did they not turn up but I spent 53 minutes as ‘caller number 2’ in a call queue that was never answered. When I did get to complain some 5 days later a very ‘curt’ advisor from could only apologise through gritted teeth explaining that I had to appreciate they collect over 600 cars per week! Well guess what mine wasn’t one of them. We managed to obtain another quote from another provider who absolutely did what they said they would hassle free! I would avoid this company if you are looking for reliable service
