Items never arrived. Customer service dont care.
My online shopping experience with Anaconda Stores has been really disappointing. I purchased two beach carts 30 days ago on 23rd November ago for Christmas. The delivery time was estimated as 3-7 days. One item arrived by the expected delivery date, but for nearly 3 weeks the other item just keeps showing as 'delayed'. Australia Post told me to contact Anaconda so they could investigate. I spoke to someone on 12th Dec who said they would lodge an enquiry with Australia Post and email me with an update. They never did. Contacted Anaconda again on 13th & 15th Dec via email. No response. I contacted Australia Post again. At first they said the item may not arrive until Jan 2023, but later confirmed they couldn't find it. I know Anaconda can't control the mail, but there has been a total lack of care or communication for over a week. I messaged and called them again two days ago and they still haven't provided me a remedy; Just copied and pasted responses that "someone from our team be in contact with you". I've lodged a complaint with the ACCC and NSW Fair Trading.
