Severe lack of Management.
I could go on all day about how bad this management company are, but here are a few highlights: Faulty front door, which was both dangerous and a security risk - roughly 6 months to fix. Broken gates to car park, again a security risk - roughly 12 months to fix. Emails to property manager - 9.5/10 are ignored. Phone calls to property manager - 9.5/10 are not returned; only when I mentioned to a colleague that I'd be reporting to senior management, did I get a call back. Official complaint made relating to unfair charges, which I can't afford - over 3 weeks with no response, apart from threats of debt collection and solicitor fees.
