Miles is ace
Miles is ace! A lovely human being and an exceptionally knowledgeable man. He guided me through the process (my first custom fit experience) and explained the many variable's associated with such a broad range of product availability. He knows the products, offered guidance and supported me through the whole process. I ended up, through a demo, changing my decision with my in-ears. I would have been disappointed is Miles had not offered any guidance. He was also very very careful when he had his probe in my ear! I’d recommend Miles to anyone looking for a perfectly fitted in-ear. He is always contactable and responsive. Thanks Miles!!!
