The fitted coffee machine I purchased
The fitted coffee machine I purchased was faulty , it was very difficult to get it sorted . Coffeefriend needed me to prove that it was faulty by sending a video of the fault . After several emails I had enough I contacted the manufacturer directly very helpful sent out an engineer and was sorted out in no time . I contacted Coffeefriend that the manufacturer had sorted the problem without me having to prove it . To be fair they did give me a voucher to spend with them . The experience was stressful. I wasn’t asking for a refund just wanted a machine that worked .
