Professional but still with error
Overall Marsh & Parsons are very professional and work according the all UK regulated standards in a diligent way. They are a trustful organization in this manner. However, my scheduled move-in date was pushed back by almost two weeks due to a last minute error in not realizing all the paperwork was in order. There was ample time (2 months) to have caught this earlier and pushing the move-in date back was very frustrating and resulted in a high personal and financial cost as flights, and accommodation were arranged with the initial move-in date in mind.
