ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE ! I WANT MY REFUND !!
My name is Veniana Lomaloma from Fiji. I’m back again after a week since my last email to support because THEY STILL HAVEN'T RESPONDED TO ME!!! I am so sick of this. Over 9 months since my order WHICH I HAVE NOT RECEIVED, NOT RECEIVED ANY UPDATES FOR & EXCUSES FOR WHY I CANNOT RECEIVE A REFUND !!! ABSOLUTE RUBBISH!! I know of 2 other Fijian women, one of whom I work with who have received their refunds. I have no money to refund customers who are fed up of waiting and are in desperate need of their money back because this pandemic has greatly affected their households !!! I have my order receipt and all other screenshots showing how long I haven’t received my order and also showing how it has archived!!! GET YOUR SUPPORT SERVICE TO RESPOND TO MY EMAIL AND TO ACTUALLY BE HELPFUL !!!
