A diamond in the rough!
After several months of trying to by property in East London and being stunned by the level of dishonesty, incompetency and lack of professionalism we were delighted to find Victor Michaels. We actually had a choice of two properties and a big factor in our decision to proceed with the one we did was that we felt it would be more straightforward to deal with this agent than the other option - and we were right! Our agent was Kyra Irons. She was knowledgable, communicative, straightforward and went out of her way to help us in every way. She liaised effectively with both solicitors to push the sale along and was extremely proactive. The property we purchased required renovation and as we are currently overseas, Kyra liaised with the builders and monitored the work even though we weren't paying for management services. Their letting department found us tenants and arranged everything for us. Having worked in the London property market myself for over 10 years I can honestly say that Victor Michael are a rare breed of estate agents and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for property services in East London.
