Do not recommend 👎🏼
After receiving an order that was horribly damaged, we were sent a replacement 2 1/2 weeks later. The new item has some damage, as well, but not enough to return it & it’s still in working order. The most upsetting issue is that the 100 lb. humongous, damaged original product is still sitting in the middle of our living room. After many email attempts to request somebody to pick it up, we have had zero help with that. So now we have to rent a trailer, take this to the dump during work hours & pay the fee to unload. Not to mention get people to help load & unload it because it’s 100 lbs!!! I do not recommend this business, it’s low quality, terrible customer service & not worth the hassle!! *update & reply to the stores response to my review* You are incorrect I have no idea what plank your talking about. It’s a 100 lb game table from recreation outfitters, order number I gave you is the correct number. Don’t know what you’re talking about??? I can add the unanswered emails , if you don’t believe me?
