Very professional, friendly and very high standard of work backed up by long warranty
Had our water softener installed a month ago on recommendation from a friend who had a great experience. The presales visit and quote was very clear and answered all my concerns and questions. Had the install done a week later. The installation was very quick and done to a very professional level. They explained how to use and manage the device in nice simple terms. Really glad we had this installed as we are already noticing the benefits of no more limescale and softer skin. Also glad we chose uk-water softeners as they gave great customer service before, during and after installation. Highly recommended.
