Why could I not pic up my order from store
I was not able to get my purchases delivered to my local store so had to pay postage. I have been able to do this on previous orders. I was also very frustrated on payment page having to use the security grid about 10 different times before my order was finalized. This experience was shocking and only for the fact that what I was buying was only available on line , I would not have continued. Very frustrating indeed
