Bought Jetpac eSIM for the second time.
Bought another eSIM as the first one was easy to install and provided quality customer service. This time there was an IT problem and I didn’t immediately receive the confirmation email. After contacting Jetpac Ferlene provided me with constant updates until the Engineering had solved the glitch, about an hour later. Ferlene was simple great and transparent. I highly recommend Jetpac and Ferlene!
