Incompetent operator at Highwoods Colchester
Incompetent, unprofessional, disrespectful and zero knowledge/understanding of customer service. Will happily stand there and watch as a paying customer (myself) will wipe off all the water marks/drips after they've "supposedly" done it. Argumentative, no accountability and overall just a lousy bunch on site at Highwoods Tesco 16:15 yesterday 14th May. Wont use again.
