Extremely Disappointed & Feeling Cheated!
I purchased a Percussion Massage Gun from Truviv at Hounslow Shopping Mall on 12th Feb 2025, expecting a high-quality product for the £100+ I spent. However, within the first few days of use, on 15th Feb 2025, the device started making unusual noises, and suddenly, the sound intensified before it completely stopped working. When I tried to return it or seek support, I discovered that Truviv had vanished from the mall, with no trace of their stall or any contact details left behind. I managed to find the contact details from the Website but that support number (020 3281 1868 ) always redirecting to voicemail.This is completely unacceptable for a company that claims to sell premium wellness products! I feel cheated and misled by Truviv, and unless they refund my money or provide a replacement, I strongly warn others to stay away from purchasing from them. A reputable brand should stand by its products and support its customers, not disappear without any means of contact! Truviv, if you care about your reputation, do the right thing—refund my money or send me a working product!
