Greatest customer service ever
I live in one of the areas affected by the fires in Southern California, and UPS was trying to deliver an order. I tried calling UPS and asking them to reroute it, but they said they could not do that. I called Entertainment Earth's customer support and spoke to Donald. Donald resolved the issue in less than 10 minutes and took the time to make sure my family and I were okay. Donald is the definition of good customer service. Thank you for helping me out.
