I want to talk about an insurance agent…
I want to talk about an insurance agent with scoop insurance her name is Cassandra McAlpine she did give a quote and mentioned that she will get back to me on the same day after sh gets a certain report she was waiting for, that happened on March 06 and now we are March 20th and didn't hear back from her yet, i tried email her 2 times and called her 2 times as well but no reply. I decided to call the main office but the wait was an hour anyways Cassandra's customer service was not professional don't recommend her at all.
