Unreachable & Unhelpful Customer Support
I orders 2 products that cost me a little over $560 for my small company. I've been calling their customer service number and no one ever answers or calls me back. I've been emailing them and they stopped replying to me so this issue has not been resolved. It's impossible to reach a person and get anyone to help you. I've been trying to get them to assist me for about week with no success. I'm very disappointed. Unethical.
