Over complicated billing
Customer service is very good My issue is their billing system. I found it so complicated and I’m no fool. I try to keep an eye on my electricity usage regularly but this billing system melted my head with overpaying some monthsadd visa versa other months I cancelled my contract because of this after 6 months
