Worst experience EVER
Worst airlines I have even flown with. Was flying from Brussels to Tenerife with a stop in Frankfurt. They left our luggage in Frankfurt and brought it after THREE whole days. All of my necesary supplies, clothes, siincare was in there. Almost half of my vacation I wasn’t able to use any of my important utilitied and the only thing they wanted to compensate me with is 20 euros. Biggest joke ever. DON’T ever fly with this airlines
