Bad service and staff that don't care .
Be honest is a good place to start .. I hired a ladder for 3 days .. after paying 2 people to give ladder back no one turned up .when I called I was told they will collect it on Tuesday at 11 after 18 calls they told me they couldn't f8nd there driver . When he turned up at 3 o'clock to tell me he could not get to the ladder that is leaning on a wall impossible to miss still didn't collect it .... pls pls pls help and take your ladder back
