I refinanced with Auto-Approve back in…
I refinanced with Auto-Approve back in April 2022, after which servicing was transferred to Veridian Credit Union. However, Veridian never requested the Title from Auto-Approve, which I only discovered when attempting to ship it before moving back from Hawaii to the mainland in mid-November 2022. Although the port only needs a lien holder authorization, which is basically a corporate permission slip from Veridian, the lien holder, allowing me to ship my car, they are insisting that they need the Title, which they should have made sure they had 8 months prior, before they can send me the authorization for the port. I have been unable to ship my car due to this oversight for over two months and the most recent estimate has them being unable to produce the title for another 30 business days or roughly 2 months. By that time, if im able to ship it, I will only then be able to get my car in the normal 4-8 weeks. This will have caused me to be without my vehicle for nearly 6 months due to an avoidable clerical oversight. Thanks a lot Veridian!!!
