Ben Finning top trainer!
Ben Finning conducted suspension training 11th April 2025 at Wimbledon. I feel like I went to gain physical knowledge but gained a lot more, anatomy lessons all packed in one. Plus what an amazing guy! I truly haven't met a course teacher so humble before. I want more training if he has any in the future!
