I have received around 9000 emails that belong to another person/company. I don't know why and how, I filled out a ticket which is the procedure as they do not take calls any longer, my 1st email to them was 3 weeks ago and I have sent them 6 emails subsequently and receive 2 back which are holding emails and no answers to my questions have been forthcoming. It's as if someone is following up using a standard script. It's a shame as I have been using them for 10 years, the customer service has gone way down in the last 3 - 4 years and I will not be renewing my contracts with them.
