Prompt responses to my missing Parcel with a solution!
My parcel was due to be delivered by Royal Mail but went missing. I contacted JD who advised I that if I didn’t receive it, I contact them for a missing parcel form which I did eventually. Part of my order was out of stock of which I received a refund and a replacement! Throughout this annoying period , my enquiries were always answered promptly making sure I remained a satisfied customer.
