Apalling service when trying to open a new savings account. Despite getting copies of required documents verified by the local BoI branch these are still not accepted as proof when opening a new savings accoutn. No explanation just rejected out of hand. Obviously BoI do not want new customers.

I paid for the site at Marigny because of the list of services shown. WiFi did not work but only found out after paying. Customer service said it was the local operators problem and offered no help. Do not trust that the services advertised will be available. Happily there are lots of alternatives so I'll be avoiding this crowd in future. I would not recommend. Finally replied 11th April 2025 to my review of October 2023. 18 months day! Glad I wasn't waiting in France for this. I still would not recommend this crowd. Lots of much better alternatives.
