Serious RTC
My dad had a very serious RTC and was run over. He had many breaks and required several surgeries. He was visited in hospital and they took his case. He was given clear instructions on what would happen next and they processed his claim. This included instructing experts to report on the impact of his injuries and how he would be affected going forward. A fair settlement was obtained from the insurers within the timescales we were informed of at the outset.
