Awful company to deal with
Ive had the worst experience with this company in regards to renting a mopped from them. First the customer service was very slow to reply to any concerns or issues regarding my service. Price was agreed upon through uber and when it came to payment it was more than originally agreed plus another £6 a week in case of theft etc. plus with an uber account there was a deal that you received a bonus after every 200 deliveries which i never received and i emailed about this query three or four times to no response. I have changed to a new company which their prices are 30% weekly cheaper than here for the same mopped and with no deposit needed. I still not have received my deposit back for the mopped which is gave back over 10days ago and the deposit was £200. They also charged me for a penalty with no explanation or details of what this penalty is. So advice for anyone who is thinking of going with this company think very strongly before agreeing to anything with them as they don’t regard their customers issues and concerns
