They delayed the flight ZL352 from Sydney at 3:15 pm to Brisbane dec 1st. No information. First it was delayed until 4:25 pm, then 18:15, then 9:20. Still no information. Can you reschedule me for an earlier flight? Hmmmm: We can give you a refund. That is not going to get me to Brisbane. Do I have to bike up there? Do I have to kayaking up there??? We can give you a refund…. Two hours later we can reschedule you on a flight taking off 5:20 Finally. Then I had to tell the other passengers to get rescheduled.
