NEVER AGAIN
If I can give this company a zero, I would love to do that. I ordered two watches with separate invoices and paid extra $29 for two day shipping. It has been more than 10 days and no word from this conpany. I sent out an email asking for update, and lo and behold, they gave me a tracking number for one of the orders - but take note, a tracking number that does not even exist. I emailed them again, asked about the tracking number which was sent on a Friday and they said it will start moving on Monday or Tuesday. I waited, but it was Wednesday already and there was no movement on my tracking number. I emailed them again but there was no response. I was contacting them for hours but my calls were left unanswered. I filed a claim from paypal because that is what I used to pay my orders, I was asking for a refund, and after just 30 min they responded to my emails. After another hour, my tracking number started to move. Then I asked about my second order and they said they apologize as it is still being processed, AFTER 15 days it is still being processed. It appears that they are selling items that are not yet on hand, that was their response - that the manufacturer is delayed in shipping to them the item. Insane. Then they gave me a tracking number for my second order that actually moved after three days. Guess what? When I received the watch, finally, I cried due to my anger and frustration. I bought an expensive technomarine watch that is placed in an old and dirty Invicta box. I will file a claim for a refund. totally dissatisfied with this company. Please DO NOT buy from them.
