What an awful company
What an awful company. I've been trying to get a response from their customer service email for over a month. They will not respond. I've reached out to all social media channels and they do not respond. I contacted the BBB, and they can't get a response. This is the worst company I've ever had to deal with. I had simple questions on price adjustments and needed help with a return. They just take your money and run. Don't be fooled by the Olympians wearing their items. Do not buy from Spyder. If you need help, they'll ignore you.
