BEWARE LONG RANT
I love to switch out my purse/wallets as each season passes or whenever I feel like I want a new look. Reason I say this is because I ALWAYS forget to bring their Credit Card with me. I wouldn’t have signed up for their card if i knew their return policy was a JOKE. I Learned the hard way that even though they have 3 stores listed on their card, you can’t do refunds at those stores. Example; bought at T.J MAXX in NH but live in MA, figured I could refund at Marshalls near my house, they told me they can’t refund because they don't have the same system?? WHAT THE HELL.. THANKS for making it more challenging for the customer! Also, I didn’t want a refund, I just wanted to exchange the dress I bought to the correct size and Marshalls HAD the correct size! I HAD TO BUY TWICE and refund later in the week when I went back to NH. Messes UP with the bill when you do that! ALSO; Their App is AAaaawfuuulll! NO point on having it. REALLY! I get it, security reasons,(I use other retail stores apps with no problem and have my info saved without a hassle!) but you shouldn't have to be on the internet and sign in AGAIN (which seems to always make me change my password and you can’t re use passwords) just to be able to see your rewards and to use your credit card???! What’s the point of even having an APP if this MAIN FEATURE can’t be accessed on it??? I ONLY use their app just to pay my bill that’s the only good other than that, I would’ve deleted the app because it is useless!
