Not satisfied with gardening service

I previously booked this company for a gardening service. They undertook maintenance work of cutting the grass and trimming bushes but no gardening (Ie planting bulbs) I had asked for the lawn and all soils to be fertilised and insecticide to be administered to one large bush. This was not done. They said they would offer me a reduced cost further appt to undertake this. I am not sure what was done at this appt but I believe that no fertiliser has been placed on any soil. If I want bulbs planted this would entail a further appt for landscaping. What gardening service cannot plant bulbs? What gardening service requires two appts to undertake this basic work? There was miscommunication between me and the office and the gardeners, leading to multiply e-mails and confusion about what services I had paid for and what I would actually be receiving. I have requested a partial refund and await their response but due to the foregoing reasons, I will not employ the again. It is an expensive, frustrating, disappointing experience. This statement is my belief only.
