By far the easiest Internet supplier to deal with from a customers point of view. Customer service is awesome, very clear communication. The service is fantastic. Not a single drop in service in my area when other providers have dropped meaning I could keep on working. The Web portal and app are both easy to navigate and find what I'm looking for. I've been with Talk talk, BT, Sky and EE, Zen is the overall winner and I'll probably never switch again.
