Very Poor Customer Service
Great product but horrid customer service. If you purchase this, be prepared if you are ever dissatisfied or have an issue, to get ZERO support from their customer service. Billing issue, "Sorry for the inconvenience." Product issue, "Sorry for the inconvenience." Shipping issue, "Sorry for the inconvenience." Get used to these words, because it seems to be the only response that the MUDWATR customer service team has been taught to use.
