Simply outstanding!!
Simply outstanding!!! We tragically lost our beloved Altadena home in the Eaton Fire in California recently. I reached out to Zima’s customer service department with a unique request in light of our loss. Not only were they sympathetic, they went above and beyond to help- even reaching out over the weekend to follow-up. A million thanks to Airah, Emily, and the Zima team, for their kindness. We are truly humbled, and plan to be lifelong customers. Thank you!!!
