I reported the fault with cooker …
I reported the fault with cooker and very swiftly had responses from both management team and a contractor they provided. The contractor was extremely pleasant over the phone and put myself at ease. Myself and the contractor organised a time that suited myself (which was very kind to do). When he arrived was extremely pleasant and down to earth and was straight on the job. He showed me the faults and how they happened which gave me a good understanding of issue, cleaned up after himself and was a good laugh too. Many thanks for all your help 🙂
