Danielle is a credit to the Norwich store

Danielle asked if she could help us with our visit today . She asked if we had been in before and what we both liked as well as sharing her own choices . She made suggestions and was able to describe the flavours very well , she clearly knew her products . She was very friendly and had a warm personality, a credit to H C .We left with more than we anticipated but also have more to enjoy . We love Hotel Chocolat chocolates and hot chocolate , expensive but worth it and the store is a pleasure to visit.
