Order taken over phone as I needed to enquire about VAT relief which was confirmed as being allowed as it was a medically required item, I asked to pay at same time via card but was refused so WMS sent a payment link to email which didn't work - accounts called next day and I settled over phone anyway and was advised item would be dispatched that day. 5 days later item was still pending dispatch despite having been paid for so had to contact them for clarification of situation - agent couldn't give reason for delay of an in stock item and released it for immediate dispatch and next day delivery. What should have been a 1-2 day process took 7 days for a £300 health critical item - problems were resolved rapidly but were avoidable in first instance.
