Licensing and regulation advice
As a private landlord who doesn’t actively keep up with all the local practical knowledge, I required advice for a property inspection. Khan received my call and answered some of the queries/concerns that I had. He did this despite not actually being my agent and didn’t charge me either (30 minute phone call!). I will be considering his services to help navigate the complexities of non-compliant tenants and licensing requirements/regulation. Great service, thanks!
