The worst firm I've ever dealt with.
How on earth is this firm allowed to trade? They failed to process my order for an Argon bottle and with no explanation or apology, said they would despatch one 3 days after my enquiry as to why it hadn't arrived (August 2020). I cancelled the order 15 minutes after that conversation but, hey presto, they had managed to despatch a bottle in that time which enabled them to charge despatch and return fees for it! Fancy that. All complaints ignored, no paperwork, another bottle deposit withheld and they hid behind 'terms and conditions' when my credit card chargeback was denied. Excoriating legalised theft basically. Don't go near them. The apology below, and those posted to other complainants, are the usual hollow 'please accept our apologies' platitudes. How about 'please accept the £90 we owe you' instead, in my case? How does saying 'the member of staff has left' mitigate the circumstances in any way? Btw, the person who denied my £90 was Chris Arnold. No relation to the person of the same surname who left the 5 star review of course...
