Using Dan Murphy's is fine until it isn't, then it really sucks
I ordered a case of six 1L bottles, I only received 5. And when I contacted live chat they told me the rest were on their way. Over 2 weeks later I emailed them and they told me I needed to send a photo of the box that was delivered before they could "help me further". Given the fact that I don't keep old boxes lying around my house, I was literally robbed out of $330. I've bought thousands of dollars worth of alcohol through Dan Murphy's over the years, but this will be my last order. EDIT: After reading my reviews they finally refunded me for the whole order including the bottle I received, which is nice of them and very appreciated. But won't be buying through them anymore as resolving delivery issues is too time consuming when they happen, which is admittedly rare, but not rare enough if you buy from them regularly. And the process can take days to weeks which I can't be bothered with. I'll just stick to my local bottleshop from now on
