Very prompt service. Problem resolved.

My problem was sorted out very promptly. I'd received my monthly email statement but the attachment, giving full details of my energy usage and costs, wouldn't open. I emailed Customer Services and received a very prompt and friendly reply saying the matter would be dealt with and within minutes had a new statement including attachment which opened properly.
