Trip was fab, our guide Andy was 10/10 he was just fantastic from start to finish! Disappointed with pre-departure contact with intrepid. I travelled with a friend who had some different contact to me. The day before the trip they sent urgent email saying we needed a cycle helmet, I didn’t get the email. If this was to be true it was too late for us to take one as we’d already left the UK on our long travels to get there. Luckily it wasn’t. However, strange only one of us got this email. We also missed out on an activity due to religious festivities taking place which was a shame. No alternative was given so we just essentially ‘missed out’ on this part of the trip. I would imagine it was factored into the cost of the trip so no refund of this part was offered either. Would still go with Intrepid again as overall I really really enjoyed my experience once I got there!!
